IUS of Time has been selected for DiversimaCine at the 11th DiversidArte – Festival of Inclusive Arts in A Coruña, an open-air social cinema competition where the audience votes. A return to the Galician festival for Almost Red Productions, with the Asturian short by Roberto F. Canuto and Xu Xiaoxi.
IUS of Time has been selected for the 12th DIGO – Goiás International Sexual and Gender Diversity Film Festival in Brazil, competing for Best International Short Film. The third Brazilian selection for the Asturian short by Roberto F. Canuto and Xu Xiaoxi.
IUS of Time, the Spanish LGBTQ+ short film by Roberto F. Canuto and Xu Xiaoxi, produced with the support of the Principality of Asturias, makes its Bulgarian premiere at the 15th Sofia Pride Film Fest — the only LGBTIQ+ film festival in Bulgaria. The film screens on June 6 at Dom na Kinoto in Sofia, in competition for the Audience Award for Best Short Film. With over 60 international selections and 7 awards, the Asturian short joins a festival that, despite years of attacks, keeps screening queer cinema as an act of resistance.
