The report explores the academy’s internal operations, its educational methodology, and the international profile of its students, offering an in-depth look at a training model oriented toward global professional standards.
Almost Red Productions handled on-location filming in China, local production services, coordination with the institution, official permits, and linguistic and cultural support, while the ich.tv editorial team in Germany was responsible for final post-production and international broadcast.

TELEVISION FEATURE PRODUCTION FOR INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST
The piece follows the format of a television feature of approximately seven minutes, designed for ich.tv’s international audience, with an observational and informative approach. Through interviews, practical training sessions, and everyday situations within the academy, the report offers insight into an educational model that remains largely unknown outside Asia.
The filming documents both theoretical classes and hands-on exercises, highlighting student training in areas such as protocol, personalized service, professional discipline, and international hospitality standards.
