Set in the rural landscape of Asturias, IUS of Time portrays an encounter between a young photographer and an elderly cheesemaker, two men from different generations whose lives cross in unexpected ways. Through everyday gestures, silences, and shared spaces, the film reflects on the passage of time, memory, inherited prejudice, and the possibility of connection beyond labels.
