Almost Red Productions
Almost Red Productions is an international film company based in Asturias (Spain) and Chengdu (China). With an artistic and committed vision, it creates original fiction and documentary works, recognized at film festivals around the world. More than 50 awards and over 500 selections support its career in independent and LGBTQI+ cinema.
Directors
Roberto F. Canuto and Xu Xiaoxi are the founders and creative directors of Almost Red Productions. Their films have been screened in more than 35 countries and received international recognition for their storytelling focused on identity, diversity, and cross-cultural experiences..
